{154} another day at discovery
So today is the 154th day of 2010. I have not been keeping up with my “photo a day” commitment because I have been supper busy with photo shoots. So a big thank you to everyone who has been a part of that! Today, I was all cought up on my editing and had a day away from the hospital, so of course I went to Discovery Park. This is what I have to share…

Nursing is a crazy business, but nurses are some of my favorite people to hang out with. This group of girls is just a handful of the amazing women I get to call my co-workers. These women are beautiful both in side and out and I feel so blessed to call them my coworkers and friends. One of these girls is going to leave us to do some amazing things in South America, these are some farewell pictures we took.
day 137…. Seattle Cheese Festival
So I have not been very good about posting the last couple of weeks. I have been supper busy taking pictures and getting behind in posting them. But this is my new years resolution so I will keep going. I am really enjoying this little project of mine and am learning so much more than I imagined I could about this art. I hope some one else out there is enjoying it too.
Seattle’s weather has finally turned the corner, it is starting to warm up around here. Another sign that summer is just around the corner is all the festivals that are going to be held down town. Yesterday was the “cheese festival” and it was fantastic. Here are some of my pictures.

Ok…. This little one was a riot.! Little Cora is a vibrant, beautiful little girl who I had the pleasure of spending some time with. Cora told me stories of bears who loved to eat grass and got to fly on golden clouds. She was so much fun, and I hope you can see how much fun she is.
